Start Your Success Story with MET

At MET, we take pride in offering a wide array of client and employer services tailored to meet the unique needs of Red River Métis Citizens, clients, and employers. Whether you're in need of financial assistance, looking to strategize your career plan, seeking job search assistance, or are an employer looking to recruit talented Red River Métis Citizens, we've got you covered!

Skills Development Assistance

Through counselling and personalized assessments, we assist Red River Métis Citizens in skill development training to enhance their knowledge, abilities, and readiness for employment. Eligible programs include certificate or diploma programs (up to two years), the final year of a first undergraduate degree, apprenticeship training, academic upgrading, and essential skills training programs offered by recognized training and educational institutions. Programs that are started before applying and receiving approval from MET will not be eligible for support.

Workforce Development Programs & Services

MET offers a diverse range of programs and services, from skills development assistance & employment & career counselling, to wage subsidies & employer recruitment - all designed to assist Red River Métis Citizens improve their employability and secure long-term employment.

Job Search Assistance

Our knowledgeable staff offer personalized Job Search Assistance, including résumé and cover letter development, access to technology for job search activities, and valuable information on employment, training, and career opportunities.

Employer Partnerships

We partner with employers across our Homeland to offer recruitment services and wage subsidies to Red River Métis clients, providing valuable work experience and increasing their chances of securing long-term employment.
